How many credits does a CV analysis cost?
Each complete CV analysis costs 1 credit. This includes a comprehensive AI-powered evaluation with scoring, skills matching, strengths, weaknesses, and personalized recommendations. Credits never expire and can be used anytime.
What's the difference between subscription plans and credit packages?
Subscription plans provide monthly recurring credits (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) with additional features and priority support. Credit packages are one-time purchases (Starter, Standard, Pro, Business) ideal for occasional use. Subscriptions offer better value for regular users, while packages give flexibility without commitment.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When your credits run out, you can purchase additional credit packages at any time or upgrade to a subscription plan. Your analysis history and account data remain accessible. Subscription plans automatically renew your credits monthly, while purchased packages can be used at your own pace.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan immediately and the change takes effect right away. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period to ensure you get full value from your current plan. Changes to billing frequency (monthly to yearly or vice versa) follow the same rules.
What file formats are supported for CV uploads?
We support PDF and Word documents (DOC, DOCX) up to 5MB in size. For best results, use well-formatted CVs with clear sections. The AI can analyze CVs in multiple languages, and you can optionally specify a language hint for more accurate processing.
